Poppy Playtime: Chapter 2 – Fly in a Web expands upon the eerie, puzzle-filled horror experience of its predecessor, immersing players deeper into the abandoned Playtime Co. toy factory. This chapter introduces new environments, such as the Game Station, a once-thriving play area now filled with danger and secrets. Players continue as the unnamed protagonist, navigating through the factory while solving puzzles, using the GrabPack to manipulate objects, and evading terrifying creatures. A major new addition is the Green Hand upgrade, which allows players to transfer electricity over distances, adding complexity to the puzzle mechanics. The sinister atmosphere is heightened by chilling sound design and unsettling visuals, making for a tense and thrilling experience.

The primary antagonist of this chapter is Mommy Long Legs, a creepy, spider-like toy that stalks the player throughout the factory. Unlike Huggy Wuggy from Chapter 1, Mommy Long Legs is more interactive, taunting the player and setting up dangerous challenges within the Game Station’s three trials: Musical Memory, Wack-a-Wuggy, and Statues. Each trial tests the player's reflexes and problem-solving skills under intense pressure. As players uncover more of Playtime Co.'s dark history, they are met with unexpected twists and horrifying encounters. With longer gameplay, new mechanics, and an even more disturbing atmosphere, Poppy Playtime: Chapter 2 offers a gripping horror experience that keeps players on edge until the very end.
